A buy or sell signal alone is just a snapshot. Pair it with momentum and you find out whether the window is opening or closing.
📈 Trend confirms
Model says “buy” AND value is rising — or model says “sell” AND value is falling. Conviction is amplified +50%; act before the window closes.
↔ Trend neutral
Model disagrees with market but value is flat. The signal stands on the disagreement alone — still actionable, just less time-sensitive.
⚠ Trend caution
Model says “buy” but value is falling — wait for the bottom. Or model says “sell” but value is rising — you may have time. Conviction is dampened.

|disagreement| × (1 + 0.5 × alignment). Higher means stronger signal. Sorted descending. Filter excludes below-replacement and trivially small disagreements.Position
