Welcome to KoalatyStatistics ("KoalatyStats", "we", "us") at koalatystatistics.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past — and they are short.

1. What KoalatyStats is

KoalatyStats provides fantasy football statistics, models, projections, and tools. All of it is for informational and entertainment purposes. Our numbers are estimates built from historical data; they can be wrong, and they are not promises about what any player or team will do.

2. Not gambling, betting, or financial advice

Nothing on this site is advice to place any bet or wager, enter any paid contest, or make any financial decision. If you choose to use our analysis in connection with daily fantasy, betting, or similar activities, you do so entirely at your own risk and you are responsible for complying with the laws and age requirements that apply where you live. We accept no responsibility for losses of any kind.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are free and require only a working email address (or Google sign-in).
• Your account is for you; please don't share access or let others sign in as you.
• Sign-in links are tied to your email inbox, so keeping that inbox secure is your responsibility.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service (see section 4), and we may remove accounts that appear abandoned after a long period of inactivity.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site data, or resell or redistribute our data, models, or outputs;
• probe, overload, or attempt to bypass security or access controls (including content gates);
• use automated tools to create accounts or to access the service at abnormal volume;
• interfere with other people's use of the site.

5. Our content and open-source data

The KoalatyStats name, branding, site design, models, metrics, and original content belong to us. You are welcome to share screenshots or cite our numbers with credit; you may not pass our work off as your own or republish it wholesale. Parts of our underlying data come from open-source projects, including the nflverse ecosystem and ffopportunity, whose work we gratefully credit on the pages that use it.

6. Third-party services

Some features interact with third-party services — for example, loading your leagues from Sleeper's public API when you provide a username, or links to our Substack newsletter. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. The service can change

KoalatyStats is an actively developed site. Features may change, move behind an account, or be discontinued. If we introduce paid memberships in the future, the paid features will come with their own clearly presented terms before you pay anything.

8. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard on data quality, but fantasy football is gloriously unpredictable and so is software.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoalatyStats and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free account, is zero.

10. Termination

You may stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the site's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
